Ievgeniia Badamshyna is a licensed REALTOR in Orange County, California. Originally from Ukraine, Ievgeniia moved to the United States more than 14 years ago, seeking new opportunities and a better life for herself. She worked in administrative roles for over a decade before realizing her passion for real estate and deciding to make a career switch.

Ievgeniia's interest in real estate was fueled by her own experience of buying and selling properties, which she found both exciting and challenging. She decided to pursue a career in the industry to help others navigate the complex and often overwhelming process of real estate transactions. In 2020, Ievgeniia obtained her real estate license and began working as a REALTOR. She is fortunate to be mentored by Kathy Zajac, a highly respected and successful real estate professional who teaches her the skills and strategies she needs to succeed. Today, Ievgeniia is known for her excellent customer service and her dedication to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.
